Web application development in Valjevo and the surrounding area
I build custom web applications for businesses, clinics and sole traders: business portals, records, internal tools and APIs, from idea and prototype to running in production. I work from Mionica, for clients in Valjevo, the Kolubara District and across Serbia.

Where I work
My main area is the Kolubara District (Valjevo, Mionica, Ub, Lajkovac, Ljig, Osečina), but I work across Serbia. I meet clients in person when needed, wherever they are.
Technologies
I mostly work in Java (Spring Boot) on the server and React on the web side, with a PostgreSQL database. Where the project needs it I work in other technologies as well (e.g. Node.js), because the choice depends on the project and on what you already have.

- A proposal and price up front, in writing, with a plan in stages.
- Development in stages: first a minimal version you can try, then additions based on real use.
- Launch and support: I show how the application is used and stay available for changes and maintenance.
Why a custom application
Off-the-shelf software often makes you adapt your work to the program. A custom application follows the way you work: records, referrals and reports work the way you need them, without paying for features you do not use.
Java is a mature, stable platform for business systems that must run for years. If you already have a different technology stack, I can work in it as well.
From practice
Medicascan (medica-scan.com) is a web platform for exchanging scans between radiology centres and dental clinics, which I co-founded and lead the development of. The Kraton platform (Java / Spring Boot and React) collects data from IoT devices and shows it in real time.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a web application cost?
The price is agreed per project and depends on the size and complexity of the application. Roughly it starts at about €500 for small applications (for example for IoT devices) and goes up to €10,000 and more, with larger platforms like Medicascan at the top of the range. You get a written offer up front, and the work is done in stages.
Why Java?
Java is mature, stable and well supported, especially for business systems that must run for years. If you already have a different technology stack, I can work in it as well.
Do you work for businesses in Valjevo and the surrounding area?
Yes, that is my main area, but I work with clients from all over Serbia. I meet clients in person when needed, wherever they are.
Do you provide maintenance after launch?
Yes, maintenance and changes are agreed separately, with a clearly described scope.
